If you're on the NC Atlantic coast or near Wilimington, you can attend the Solar & Green Building tour tomorrow, Saturday Oct 10th. It's being put on by the Cape Fear Green Building Alliance - CFGBA.org.
The Tour provides you an opportunity to check out the application of green building techniques, products, and technologies. There is also a scavenger hunt for the kids & adults.
The 6 homes will feature:

- Site Stewardship & Preservation
- Material Reuse & Recycling
- Natural & Rapidly Renewable Building Materials
- Enhanced Ventilation
- Water Use Reduction & Water Reuse
- Natural Landscape Design
